 Fear, betrayal, rejection, anger, unforgiveness, addiction, and relationship conflict are just some of the real-life struggles facing God's people today. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us:

"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."

Is your heart troubled? Do you know someone who is hurting?

Often, we come to counseling because of the symptoms on top. We may struggle with anxiety, fear, anger, relationship conflict, insecurity, people-pleasing, or unhealthy patterns. Those struggles are real, but they're often pointing to something much deeper.

Many of our present-day struggles have roots. If we don't deal with those roots, they can continue to affect our relationships, our choices, and the way we see ourselves, others, and even God. Lasting healing comes when we allow the Lord to heal not only the symptoms, but the deeper issues of the heart.

Based on Cecilia Trent's book, Hurting Hearts Restored: Healing the Roots That Bind, this workshop is designed to help uncover those deeper issues through practical, Christ-centered biblical teaching. Together, we'll explore the matters of the heart, discover God's healing truth, and learn practical tools that lead to lasting freedom and victory.

The Hurting Hearts Restored Workshop is offered free of charge and is open to everyone. Participants will need a copy of Hurting Hearts Restored for the workshop. Ordering information will be provided after registration, and books will also be available for purchase at The Balm of Gilead Ministries. Registration is required, as seating is limited.
